We at Brisk Fingers take utmost care of the quality of the digital files that we provide or the products we sell to ensure the best experience for the user, you.

However, we understand that there might be certain circumstances which lead to the download being corrupted or the product delivered not being up to the regular standards. If you do receive such a digital file or a product, here are the steps we request you to follow to be eligible for a refund / replacement:

Digital Files

  • If you receive a corrupted file or a file that does not work as expected, contact our technicians via WhatsApp. You have 3 days from the date of purchase to contact us and let us know that you have received a corrupted file.

Scan the QR Code to save our contact details on your phone.

  • If the technicians are unable to solve your difficulty, they will give you a Support Reference Number (SRN).
  • Share that SRN with us by filling out this Refund Form
  • We will send you an acknowledgement of your Refund Request and process it immediately.
  • Depending on your mode of payment, it may take 3-15 working days for the payment to reflect in the same account.
  • Permanently delete the faulty file.

Products

  • If you receive faulty product, contact our technicians via WhatsApp. You have 7 days from the date you receive the product to contact us and let us know what the fault is.

  • If the technicians are unable to solve your difficulty, they will give you a Support Reference Number (SRN).
  • Share that SRN with us by filling out this Refund Form
  • Please select the option if you want a refund of money or a replacement of the product.
    • Replacement
      • We will send you an acknowledgement of your Replacement Request and process it immediately.
      • You will receive the new product as per the Standard Delivery Days. Along with the product, there will be a return envelope. Please send faulty product back to us in that envelope.
    • Refund
      • We will send you an acknowledgement of your Refund Request and process it immediately.
      • Depending on your mode of payment, it may take 3-15 working days for the payment to reflect in the same account.
      • Throw away the faulty product.
